Presenting consciously sourced farm cuisine that utilizes modern techniques, whole-animal preparations, and house baked goods, Storefront Company delivers a refined yet approachable neighborhood dining experience in Chicago’s Wicker Park-Bucktown locale. Award-winning Chef/Partner Bryan Moscatello oversees the Contemporary American Menu and creative “Kitchen Cocktails,” which both rotate frequently to incorporate only the most pristine seasonal ingredients. The restaurant’s innovative take on modern cuisine earned Storefront Company a coveted Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand designation for the 2013 guidebook.
Channeling the artful vibe of the area, Storefront Company’s design features a smart mix of modern and classic furnishings with the turn-of-the-century architecture of the famous Flat Iron Building on North Avenue, in which it is located. Guests can enjoy their meal in the restaurant’s intimate dining room, or partake in an interactive tasting experience at chef Moscatello's Kitchen Counter. Wrapping around the perimeter of the exposed main kitchen, the Kitchen Counter is able to accommodate up to 15 guests and encompasses the traditional feel of a chef’s table dinner with a modern approach to both cuisine and structure. “Storefront Company fills a fine-dining niche for Wicker Park by offering great food, drinks, and service in a hip environment, any night of the week,” says Operating Partner Steve Harris, who also operates the nearby Debonair Social Club and has put together a team of professionals to launch this neighborhood restaurant that rivals most downtown haunts. Harris, along with his Storefront and Debonair Partner Claudia Gassel, Chef Bryan Moscatello, and Wine Director John Dalesandro, are committed to taking an active role in creating unique and memorable dining experiences.

Storefront Company, a recent recipient of the 2013 Michelin Bib Gourmand award, and Chef/Partner Bryan Moscatello are pleased to announce the launch of the Discovery Dinner Party Series. This all new series of experiential and educational dining events welcomes Chef Moscatello’s closest partners whom are top experts in food, wine, and spirits in hosting interactive evenings of wining and dining.
“Since opening in March 2012, we’ve been fortunate to work with some of Chicago’s top purveyors and industry professionals,” says Chef Moscatello. “With the Discovery Series, we’re inviting our guests to interact with these experts, learning from their individual specialties while enjoying a different sort of dinner experience at each event in the series.”
