Secura 9100MC Portable Induction Cooktop Review
The Secura 9100MC is the latest model available from Secura in the induction cooktop market. This cooking style uses the power of induction, which allows your cookware to become the main source of heat rather than the cooktop itself.
This means that if children or pets should happen to touch the cooktop while it is on, you won't have to worry about them receiving any burns because there are no heating elements in the actual piece itself.

Secura 9100MC 1800W Portable Induction Cooktop Review
The Secura 9100MC 1800W portable induction cooktop is a high-quality, inexpensive, powerful cooktop. It is suitable for use wherever induction cooktops can be used, including college dorms in which they are allowed, and for that reason it suits the needs of your soon-to-be college student well.
They aren't always going to want to stick to the foods available in their on-campus locations, or may want something healthier to eat. This cooktop delivers reliable, safe, and consistent heat to any pot or pan that is induction-friendly. This includes cast-iron cookware.
It's sure to provide your student with years of cooking experience, making it something they can take with them as they progress beyond the dorms.
It's also going to be great while you're on the go. When you're camping, setting up a cooking stove and propane tree can be a tedious task. Bottles of propane can be heavy and potentially dangerous. An induction cooktop, however, is simple and easy to use. It just needs to be plugged in and you'll be ready to cook anything you need.
If you find yourself in a hotel often, it can be expensive and unhealthy to order in or go out to eat every night. Instead, you can use a cooktop like this one to be able to make healthier meals that will save you money and leave you feeling great.

This top features an automated diagnostic error message system as well, so if any problems should occur, you'll be able to find out what's going on with minimal effort. Not everyone has the technical skills to fix a problem with this type of equipment on their own, but the cooktop helps by letting you know what's wrong, giving you a better idea of how to resolve the situation and get back to cooking.

When I started researching induction cooktops I was looking at the Secure 8100MC or the 9100MC. They both had the same power output but the 9100MC had more temperature settings, allowing for more accurate temperature settings. Glad I picked the 9100MC.
I can boil water almost as fast as a microwave.
